In this key role, you'll help ensure all physical assets across the site are accurately recorded, verified and maintained within our CAFM system (Maximo), enabling safe, compliant and efficient operations.Working closely with the Interim Asset Manager, Projects Team and wider Estates colleagues, you'll play a vital part in embedding verified asset data into business‑as‑usual processes and supporting the hospital's long‑term asset management strategy.What You'll Be DoingReviewing and validating asset information following physical verification activitiesReconciling verified asset data against existing CAFM (Maximo) records, identifying gaps and discrepanciesUpdating and maintaining asset records, including condition, location, attributes and lifecycle dataEnsuring all asset handovers linked to Contract Change Notices (CCNs) are fully captured and documentedMaintaining robust audit trails in line with PFI contractual and governance requirementsSupporting compliance with asset management procedures, statutory obligations and internal controlsWorking with the Projects Team, Technical Administrator and Help desk Manager to ensure asset data aligns with operational needsActing as a key point of contact for asset data queries within the Hard FM team(All duties drawn from the attached job description,including: “Review and validate asset information…”, “Reconcile verified assetdata…”, and “Maintain robust audit trails for asset changes in line with PFIcontractual requirements.”)What You'll BringExperience in asset management, estates or facilities management (healthcare or PFI desirable)Strong working knowledge of CAFM systems, ideallyMaximoExceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyAbility to collaborate effectively across technical, operational and project teamsStrong organizational and communication skillsA methodical, process‑driven approach with the ability to manage competing prioritiesCommitment to ongoing professional developmentWhat we offer:Working at Sodexoisn't just a job — it's a chance to make a difference every day.
