Liquid Personnel are recruiting experienced SEND Case Officers to support Local Authority SEND teams across the UK. This role is ideal for professionals with strong case management, communication and organisational skills who can confidently manage EHC Needs Assessments, Annual Reviews, and statutory processes.
Key Responsibilities;
1. Manage a caseload of children and young people undergoing EHC Needs Assessments and Reviews.
2. Coordinate multi-agency input from Education, Health and Social Care professionals.
3. Ensure statutory timescales are met in compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.
4. Communicate professionally with parents, schools, settings and external partners.
5. Review, quality-check and update education, health and care information as part of the EHCP process.
6. Attend and contribute to Annual Review meetings and SEND Panels.
7. Ensure accurate documentation, case notes and decision-making records.
What We’re Looking For;
8. Experience as a SEND Case Officer or similar Local Authority role.
9. Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice (2015).
10. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
11. Ability to analyse multi-agency reports for accuracy and compliance.
12. Confident using case management systems and handling sensitive information.
