Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied, high-quality caseload, advising a broad range of clients from SMEs to property developers and landowners.
The Role
Managing a diverse commercial property caseload, including:
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Drafting and renewing business leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
* Deeds of Grant
* Deeds of Variation
* Deeds of Assignment
* Overage agreements
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial property documentation
* Providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to team growth
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
* Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law
* Commercial awareness and a solution-focused approach
* Excellent communication and client-care skills
* Proactive, collaborative and team-oriented mindset
