The Business Development Manager should have experience within the industry and share high levels of success across the sales and business market. As a Business Development Manager, you should be able to generate and engage with leads to build and maintain new business for the company. Business Development Manager package:
* Salary £35,000 - £50,000 – based on experience and previous achievements
* Strong commission structure

Business Development Manager responsibilities:
* Participate in marketing lead activity including seminars and trade shows.
* Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projects.
* Seek and develop sales opportunities.
* Keep up to date with the market.
* Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships.
* Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.
* Producing accurate reports to line manager.
Business Development Manager requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Development.
* Telematics / fleet CCTV experience is essential
* Exceptional interpersonal skills.
* Ambition and desire to succeed.
* Ability to use your own initiative.
