As Talent Development Lead, you will own and drive the learning and development strategy, ensuring our people have the skills, behaviours, and mindset to succeed. You will oversee onboarding, learning content, career pathways, leadership development and performance management, and support the embedding of organisational behaviours to create a high-performance culture.
As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance on talent initiatives, ensuring a standout learning experience that attracts, develops, and retains top talent. You will coach and guide leaders and peers, enhancing their ability to grow high-performing and growth mindset teams.
Collaboration is key—you will work with the People Team and senior leaders to shape a progressive development approach. You will also lead and develop the Talent Development team, ensuring the delivery of tailored learning solutions that strengthen our leadership pipeline and enable business success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the talent development strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and People Strategy.
* Drive leadership development, equipping leaders with the skills to inspire, engage, and develop high-performing teams.
* Oversee and continuously improve the Performance, Growth and Talent cycle, ensuring it supports business goals and career growth.
* Embed and evolve organisational behaviours, ensuring they are integrated into leadership and colleague development.
* Act as a partner to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on talent development initiatives.
* Support and guide the Talent Development team, ensuring high-quality learning delivery and processes.
* Enhance stakeholder relationships, collaborating with the wider People team and business leaders to drive impactful talent development programs.
* Continuously innovate and evolve learning offerings, ensuring they stand out from competitors and meet the changing needs of the business.
* Leverage data and insights to measure the impact of learning initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
* Ability to own and drive the talent development strategy, aligning it with business objectives.
* Strong ability to partner with senior leaders, influencing and guiding them on talent development initiatives.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to align L&D with business needs.
* Experience in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences for leaders at all levels.
* Experience using learning analytics and feedback to measure program effectiveness.
* Experience in delivering impactful change.
* Ability to design, implement, and manage leadership development, performance management, and behavioural frameworks that align with business objectives.
* Expertise in creating and delivering innovative, high-impact learning experiences, including workshops, coaching programs, e-learning, and blended learning solutions.
* Strong capability to track, analyse, and report on learning effectiveness, using data to drive continuous improvement and measure the impact of talent development initiatives.
