Senior Wraparound Childcare Manager

£32‑£36k salary PLUS bonuses (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We’re recruiting an experienced and, ideally, qualified Senior Childcare Manager to join a leading children’s play, sport and childcare provider in the Hampshire/Surrey border area. This full‑time opportunity involves overseeing multiple sites and leading high‑quality wraparound club provision.
As the Wraparound Manager, you will oversee provisions at a cluster of schools, managing day‑to‑day operations of breakfast clubs and after‑school clubs with your teams and running holiday camps during school holidays. Your main responsibilities include leadership and growth of your clubs, training and onboarding, recruitment, scheduling and rotas, team management, cost control, customer service, and developing strong school partnerships.
Required qualifications
* Management experience within a childcare environment that caters for 4‑12‑year‑old children.
* A Level 3 childcare or play work qualification or a teaching‑related degree.
* Experience managing Ofsted registrations and setting up brand new Wraparound Care provision.
* Excellent organisation, management, training and communication skills.
* Valid paediatric first aid and Level 2 safeguarding qualification.
* Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
* Can‑do, solutions‑oriented approach and can think on your feet.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Full driving licence and access to own transport (essential).
