We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development of a mature but rapidly evolving autonomous maritime systems product line.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Own the product roadmap for a key autonomous systems product line
* Align engineering capability, programme needs, and long‑term product direction
* Act as the bridge between engineering teams and customer‑facing stakeholders
* Translate operational requirements into clear, prioritised product definitions
* Maintain technical and functional coherence across multiple programmes
* Hold ownership of product requirements, backlog, and acceptance criteria
* Support programme delivery with product‑level decisions and trade‑offs
1. Contribute to bids, proposals, and product positioning
2. Communicate strategy, priorities, and rationale across diverse teams
3. Proven experience in product management or a similar technical leadership role
4. Background in software, robotics, autonomy, maritime systems, or complex engineered products
5. Able to understand and challenge system architectures and technical decisions
6. Strong communicator who can align stakeholders and drive clarity
7. Collaborative, curious, and motivated by meaningful impact
8. Experience in maritime, autonomous vehicles, or remote platforms
9. Exposure to bids, proposals, or regulated markets (defence, government, etc.)
10. Ability to balance customer needs, delivery realities, and long‑term product leverage
11. Experience scaling products across multiple programmes or regions
