EMEA Payroll Manager London - hybrid working £65,000 - £75,000 Are you an experienced payroll professional with expertise across EMEA, particularly in French and UK payroll ? We’re seeking a Payroll Manager to join a high-performing HR Operations team and play a pivotal role in managing accurate and timely payroll delivery across multiple EMEA locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role with broad international exposure, where you’ll lead payroll cycles, manage vendor relationships, and support both BAU and strategic payroll initiatives. What you’ll be doing: Managing payroll across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Partnering with Finance, HR, and external providers to deliver seamless payroll operations. Acting as the go-to expert for payroll queries, audits, and year-end reporting. Supporting global mobility and shadow payrolls for expatriates. Driving payroll excellence while contributing to wider HR and Compensation projects. What we’re looking for: Strong experience in international payroll within EMEA, in particular French payroll. Proven background managing outsourced payroll providers. Deep understanding of tax, compliance, and employee benefits. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
