What You’ll Do
* Fabricate and assemble metal components using welding, cutting, and forming techniques and equipment.
* Read and interpret instructions, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
* Operate tools and machinery such as shears, presses, and welding equipment.
* Perform quality control checks to maintain our high standards.
* Collaborate with a skilled team to meet project deadlines in a safe and efficient manner.
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a related field.
* Proficiency in GMAW, GTAW, or FCAW welding processes (certifications a plus).
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
* Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing or shop environment.
* Team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
