Apprentice Chef at Vintage Inns

2. Prepare everything needed before a busy shift

Training and Role Details:
You will undertake a full-time role under the supervision of passionate chefs, combining on-the-job training with a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship. This program will enable you to support kitchen operations and ensure quality for our guests.
What Your Apprenticeship Includes:
* Regular face-to-face and virtual catch-ups every 4-6 weeks
* Combination of on- and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars
* Reviews every 12 weeks with your manager and trainer
* Feedback sessions to discuss your progress
* Functional Skills in English and Maths (if needed)
* 30 hours paid work per week

Wage:
* 16-20 year olds: £8.60/hour
* 21+ year olds: £11.44/hour
Duration: 15 months, working towards a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship standard.
