They are now seeking a high performing Sales Manager to lead and grow the Commercial HVAC-R vertical across the UK and Ireland.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Own and execute a national go to market strategy across the HVAC-R market
* Drive development of a structured pipeline for plate heat exchangers and dry cooling solutions
* Engage and grow relationships with M&E and HVACR contractors, consulting engineers, HVAC specifiers, system integrators and commercial end user clients
* Identify priority markets, emerging technologies and high growth segments within commercial and industrial HVAC
* Develop repeat project pipelines through specification driven and contractor led routes to market within commercial and industrial HVAC
* Manage opportunities through a structured sales process aligned to growth, EBIT and profitability targets
* Influence decision makers across contractor, consultant and end user networks
* Promote technically robust, energy efficient and value driven solutions
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven HVAC or refrigeration sales experience within commercial or industrial projects
* Strong understanding of heat exchange applications, cooling systems and applied HVAC solutions
* Established relationships within M&E contractors, refrigeration contractors, consultants or system integrators.
* A strategic, commercially disciplined sales professional comfortable developing national pipelines
* Structured approach to sales governance and CRM management
* Willingness to travel nationally across UK and Ireland
