Thames Water is recruiting a Business Change Inventory Lead based at our Didcot Distribution Centre. Effective communication is essential in this role to understand the impact of changes on our business and to implement appropriate actions, ensuring the successful embedding of business change. You will manage all aspects of Business Change Management to support our Inventory Management programme.
What you’ll be doing as a Business Change Inventory Lead
1. Support the establishment and continuous improvement of Business Change Management capabilities and standards.
2. Identify, plan, develop, and deliver change activities for all stakeholders involved in the Programme.
3. Assess risks and issues related to business change management, proposing mitigation strategies to Project/Programme Managers and Sponsors.
4. Serve as the main contact for business change communications, collaborating with stakeholders across all levels to define requirements.
5. Create detailed Business Change Management Plans, monitor progress, report on outcomes, and take corrective actions as needed.
6. Advise teams on Business Change Management best practices.
What you should bring to the role
* Proven experience in Business Change Management.
* Ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
* Capability to create detailed plans and monitor their execution.
* A full UK Driving License is required.

* Salary up to £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
