Due to location, applicants must hold a full driving licence and have own transport. Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars. * Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date. * Utilise accounts software for financial record-keeping and reporting as needed. * Maintain organised office files and documentation for easy retrieval. * Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately. * Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing office supplies. * Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. * Use Google Suite applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required. Requirements * Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is required. * Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll is highly desirable. * Strong computer skills with a focus on data entry accuracy. * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. * Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement.
