Join Electrolux Professional Group as a National Account Manager - Professional Catering Equipment.


About The Job

In this role, you will act as the key business interface between Electrolux Professional and our new customers, owning relationships with all key stakeholders within each new chain account. External stakeholders include CEOs, MDs, operations managers, directors/procurement, property teams, franchisees, training & technical teams. Internally, you will collaborate with HOD, sales teams, chain SOP, category managers, marketing, technical design, culinary trainers, technical teams, customer care, SDA, and finance.


Responsibilities

* Expand partnerships by offering tailored equipment solutions aligned with customer needs.
* Lead growth initiatives with each new client to support their business objectives.
* Collaborate with new customers to define and implement strategies for mutually profitable growth.
* Provide end-to-end support, including store design, route-to-market planning, installation, training, aftercare, and Essentia services.
* Develop a targeted prospect list of potential chain customers with clear calls to action.
* Convert prospects into active, engaged customers.
* Establish a joint business development plan with each customer.
* Manage and formalize contract agreements effectively.
* Drive and track top-line sales performance.


Qualifications

About You

* A university degree is preferred.
* Familiarity with the commercial food sales sector.
* Strong financial and business insight, including P&L management experience.
* Understanding of corporate social responsibility principles.
* Awareness of economic trends affecting the industry.
* Good knowledge of key competitors and market positioning.
