Overview
Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Payroll, etc.). Facilitate client workshops, CRP sessions, and UAT. Manage client expectations and relationships.
Responsibilities
* Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Payroll, etc.).
* Facilitate client workshops, CRP sessions, and UAT.
* Manage client expectations and relationships.
* Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business needs.
* Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user manuals (e.g., RD011, DO.070).
* Guide clients on best practices and organizational design.
* Coordinate with technical teams for custom components and integrations.
* Support data migration using HDL, spreadsheet loaders, and web services.
* Develop OTBI reports and customizations using tools like Visual Builder, ADF, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
* Handle quarterly updates, patching, and upgrades.
* Provide post-implementation support and training.
