About this opportunity
As an Audit Analyst, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality audits. Own the design, operational evaluation, and testing of key controls. Apply proficient knowledge and application of audit methodology and assigned risk areas.
You’ll act as a proactive team member, with a growth mindset, positively contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the audit. Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of GA&CI through strategic and integrated audit focus, collaboration, and agile delivery methods.
Day to day, you will
* Contribute to the audit plan, delivering specified outcomes and supporting the team as directed.
* Support control testing, identify areas of concern, and articulate potential challenges.
* Build meaningful stakeholder relationships with senior colleagues.
* Conduct research considering multiple perspectives to analyze key themes and external trends.
* Suggest improvements in current compliance processes boldly.
* Role model the Group values and behaviors.
* Identify and address personal development opportunities, fostering a positive learning culture through effective coaching.
* Share insights and provide timely, effective feedback to support the delivery plan and create a positive impact on the function.

* Conduct & Compliance experience via Financial Services Audit or Risk Management roles.
