They are seeking a compassionate, proactive and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with a range of additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH difficulties. Your new role: Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD and social, emotional and mental health difficulties. Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored interventions. Use creativity, patience, and empathy to help students build confidence and independence. Foster positive relationships and help create a safe and inclusive learning environment.What you'll need to succeed: Experience working with children and/or young people with SEN, particularly SEMH, ASD, and ADHD (in an educational setting) Resilience, empathy, and adaptability to meet diverse needs.
