Welcome customers and visitors with a warm smile and friendly demeanour.
Direct visitors to the relevant department to ensure a seamless experience.
Answer and manage incoming calls, passing on messages promptly and efficiently.
Keep the refreshment and waiting area clean and tidy, creating an inviting atmosphere.
Offer customers a selection of hot or cold drinks to enhance their visit.
