Role: Dynamics CE Consultant
Rate: £450 p/d Outside IR35
Duration: 5 weeks
Location: Fully Remote
We are seeking an experienced Functional Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant to support our organisation in optimising and modernising our Sales & Marketing operations.
Experience:
* Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
* Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing processes (B2B preferred)
* Hands-on experience configuring Sales Hub, marketing tools, and integrations
* Confident working with dashboards, reports, and user training
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Responsibilities:
* Conduct a full review of existing Sales and Marketing processes
* Identify gaps and opportunities to better align S&M activities
* Design and implement structured follow-up processes within Dynamics 365
* Ensure consistent, scalable workflows across the customer journey
* Configure and optimise LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn integrations
* Support account-based marketing (ABM) activities and targeted outreach
* Advise on advertising workflows and data flows between LinkedIn and Dynamics 365
* Implement robust lead tracking within Dynamics 365 CE
* Design custom dashboards and reports that surface prospect engagement
* Provide insights for sales performance, pipeline health, and marketing impact
* Ensure data integrity and visibility across teams
* Deliver engaging training sessions to Sales teams
* Develop user guides and support materials
* Drive adoption of Dynamics 365 tools, processes, and best practices
