Oracle C2M/CC&B Functional Consultant - UK - 6 months - £510/day - Exeter (3 days onsite)
We are seeking an experienced Oracle C2M/CC&B Functional Consultant to support delivery and ongoing enhancement of solutions for a UK-based utilities client. The role involves working across project delivery and support, contributing to functional design, stakeholder engagement, and testing within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver project workstreams and production support activities within Oracle Utilities platforms
* Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional guidance
* Make informed functional design decisions aligned to client needs and platform capabilities
* Support and execute system and user acceptance testing (UAT)
* Collaborate within Agile teams, participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
* Analyse and troubleshoot functional issues across C2M/CC&B/MDM environments
* Ensure alignment between business processes and system configurations
* Document functional specifications and solution designs
* Support integration efforts between C2M, CC&B, and MDM systems
* Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery and support processes
