About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and ambitious Early Years Teacher looking to step into a leadership role within a high‑achieving independent school environment. The successful candidate will lead the school's Reception / EYFS provision while also teaching a full Reception class, modelling exceptional classroom practice and supporting pupils as they transition into Key Stage 1.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the school's EYFS / Reception provision
* Deliver engaging and creative Reception curriculum lessons
* Champion outstanding Early Years Foundation Stage practice
* Support and mentor colleagues within the EYFS team
* Create a nurturing, stimulating, and structured learning environment
* Work closely with parents, staff, and senior leadership

* Qualified Teachers (QTS) only
* Experienced Reception Teachers
* Current EYFS Leaders, Phase Leaders, or strong Early Years practitioners ready for progression
