Role Responsibilities
* Organising the allocation of staff to ensure the right people are working on the right jobs
* Supervising the audit team to ensure deadlines are met and jobs are completed efficiently
* Reviewing audit files and reporting to the Client Director
* Attending client meetings and advising on all aspects of their financial affairs
* Managing clients with turnovers ranging from £5m to £50m
* Preparing tender documents for new clients and overseeing special projects
* Ensuring the team receives the training and experience they need to develop professionally
* Taking responsibility for the quality and completeness of client files and advice

Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in managing large audit portfolios, preferably with family-owned limited company clients
* High technical and practical ability in audit, tax, and general business advisory
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor a team
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to make decisions and manage multiple priorities
* Client-focused with a proactive approach to delivering high-quality service
* Experience managing clients with turnovers between c.£5m and c.£50m
