What You Will Do
* Design and develop new or existing products, components, or assemblies, ensuring they meet customer technical and functional specifications.
* Apply engineering principles to create mechanical, electronic, or chemical products that align with manufacturing cost and efficiency requirements.
* Conduct mathematical modelling to assess the technical feasibility of proposed designs.
* Support and participate in the design, testing, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototypes.
* Contribute to the development of product‑specific manufacturing production processes and equipment.
* Manage projects and processes independently, while coaching and reviewing the work of junior professionals.
What You Will Bring
* Proven experience in product design engineering or research and development roles.
* Strong knowledge of engineering principles and mathematical modelling techniques.
* Ability to work independently and manage complex projects with limited supervision.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the capability to address difficult and complex challenges.
* A proactive approach to mentoring and supporting team members.
