Supplier Relationship Analyst Overview We are looking for an experienced Supplier Relationship Analyst to take ownership of supplier performance across a portfolio of IT and Information Services suppliers. This role is focused on supplier governance, performance management, service reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure contractual commitments, SLAs, and service expectations are consistently met. This is not a procurement or tender management role. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT suppliers, building effective working relationships and ensuring suppliers deliver against agreed contractual commitments. Lead supplier service review meetings, including agenda preparation, coordination of inputs, facilitation, and the management of actions through to completion. Monitor and assess supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs, contractual obligations, and service expectations. Review, validate, and analyse supplier performance reports, service metrics, and benefits realisation data, providing insight and recommendations to stakeholders. Challenge underperformance and hold suppliers accountable for service delivery and agreed outcomes.
