The Responsibilities: Prepare and manage annual budgets, tracking actual results against forecasts to facilitate sound financial planning. Provide clear financial reports and insights on cash, payroll, and billing to support informed business decisions. Monitoring cash flow projections, setting robust budgets, and ensuring financial stability. Collaborating with senior leaders on business improvement, IT, and strategic development projects. Payroll The Candidate: ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified. Strong background in financial management, forecasting, and reporting. Leadership experience, with proven people management and team oversight. Superb interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
