DCTUK.com are seeking a Residential & Sales Support Executive to join the current Aintree-based sales team looking after our domestic customers. You’ll have the energy of Usain Bolt, mixed with the empathy of Martin Lewis, combined with the drive of Richard Branson.

The role requires passion, desire, and the ability to listen to a customer and identify their needs, a desire for self-improvement, for using the latest technology (video calls etc), and a candidate capable of thinking on their feet.

The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting DCTUK's entire residential flooring offering to domestic customers through live-chat, phone calls, and by email. Organisation is key to this role, and also the ability to learn products and put forward the correct product for the application. Our aim is to get a 5 star review with each customer interaction therefore a desire to excel at customer service is paramount to this role.

Holidays: 28 per year including bank holidays

Work Location: In person


Responsibilities

* Generating sales from residential customers by providing live-chat support to online customers, answering phone calls, and replying to emails.
* Proactively contacting by phone any residential customers who request samples to offer support and guiding them through the sales funnel.
* Recommending products to prospective commercial and residential customers that present smaller projects.
* Taking occasional orders from commercial customers and supporting the commercial sales team when required.
* Contact residential fitting enquiries to see if they would like the materials and provide fitter details to help them get a fitter on board.
* Hit monthly sales targets and support the growth of online sales by providing quick live-chat support and discount codes when required.
* Prospecting commercial customers when required to warm leads for the commercial team.


Desired skills and experience

* A great personality - you’ll be energetic, fun, and confident.
* A passion for helping customers and servicing them to a high standard.
* A flair for organisation and ensuring notes and customer orders are added to the system correctly and without errors.
* Experience in telesales and multi-tasking (ideally live-chat support and telephone calls).
* Confident phone manner with an impatience to get the next order on the system to hit targets and take your sales to the next level.
