We welcome applications from graduates in English, Maths, Science, Psychology, Humanities, or related subjects.
About the Programme:
You’ll work across three Warrington primary schools as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor, developing your classroom skills while supporting pupils’ learning and development.
You’ll benefit from:

Who We’re Looking For:
* A degree (or graduating in 2025) in a relevant subject.
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
* A genuine passion for working with children and building a career in teaching.
* Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
* Prior experience with children is desirable but not essential.
