About the Role As an Assistive Technology Officer in Nottingham, you will: Respond to alarm activations and emergency calls from vulnerable residents Carry out home visits to install, maintain, and repair assistive technology equipment Provide guidance and support to customers, families, and professionals Keep accurate records using HR and case management systems Contribute to high-quality service delivery across our Supported Housing services Your work will make a real difference, helping residents maintain independence and wellbeing while ensuring the right support is in place.
