About the job
Salary: £38K-£55K Basic OTE £70K
We provide security for the community, by the community and your role will be to increase our service provision within our region.
To start with, this role will be office based while you learn the ropes. After a successful induction and probation period, a hybrid office/home working model can be implemented.
Day to day you will identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the company’s security services market share.
Using modern systems, you will be speaking to key people and decision makers across a wide range of private sector businesses
Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals. The candidate will also represent Specialist Security Co in industry events and actively contribute to promoting the company’s reputation and success.

* Experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales.
* Motivated, self-starter who thrives in a fast-growing.
* Excellent listening, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
* Knowledge of the security services industry is a significant advantage.
* Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and collaborate with diverse teams.
