Marketing Campaigns Manager - Up to £40,000 based on experience - Sandhurst, UK
This is an 'almost' remote role - you'll need to be based in the South or South East to visit clients in and around London for content generation, and to join our monthly team days in and around Sandhurst.
We are partnering a fresh blooded outsourced brand and marketing partner who are shakin' up the agency model. They are a true partner whereby they don't just 'manage' or 'run' marketing for their clients, they elevate their offering with brave and creative thinking that drives results.
The company has a start up, challenger feel but with experience and strong foundations from which they can fly.
So here's a flavour of what you will do as a Marketing Campaigns Manager in this business:
* Deliver campaigns that make clients stand out
* Support the company founder on everything from campaign pitches to lead generation
* Lead from the front, owning delivery across all aspects of marketing from email campaigns and automation to content marketing
* Act as a day to day client manager and first point of contact
* Management of campaign timelines
* Identify opportunities to support and grow client accounts
* Management of workflows, identify blockers and report on progress
* Reporting, insights and analysis
* Ad hoc tasks and projects when needed
This will be love at first sight if you:
* Have at least 3 years B2B marketing experience
* Have a personal brand with proven LinkedIn activity and network
* Have CIM qualification or equivalent
* Are hands on with email automation softwares such as Sourcewhale, Force24 or DotDigital
We will put a ring on it if you also have:
* Recruitment marketing experience
* Exposure to managing multiple brands or sectors simultaneously
* A strong strategic know-how alongside delivery experience
