Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert guidance on lenses, frames, and styling to suit each patients needs and preferences
* Ensure accurate measurements and fitting of spectacles using the latest dispensing tools and techniques
* Support the optometrists in delivering a seamless patient journey
* Maintain excellent product knowledge across frames, lenses, and optical technologies
* Help manage stock levels and visual merchandising in the practice
* Stay up-to-date with GOC standards and industry best practices
About You
* GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Detail-oriented with a flair for frame styling and aesthetics
* A team player who enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced environment
* Passionate about delivering outstanding eye care and going the extra mile for patients
