We are an established recruitment business covering Staffordshire, predominantly within the industrial sector, with some commercial clients.
We are looking to recruit an experienced consultant to manage existing client relationships and deliver recruitment solutions across a range of live vacancies.
This role does include a sales element. However, this is focused on developing existing relationships and warm leads, rather than cold calling.

Managing vacancies from existing and newly developed clients

Building and developing client relationships

Sourcing, screening and placing candidates
*
Following up on warm leads and converting them into active business
*
Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase spend
*
Upselling additional services where appropriate
*
Proactively spec’ing suitable candidates into prospective and existing clients
*
Providing a consistent and reliable service to clients
Requirements:
*
Previous recruitment agency experience
*
Confident developing new client relationships from warm leads
*
Proven ability to convert opportunities into business
*
Experience upselling and growing accounts
*
Comfortable spec’ing candidates and generating opportunities
*
Strong delivery and candidate management skills
*
Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies
