Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Sales Advisor for Holiday Homes at our parks. You’ll welcome potential owners, showcase what our parks offer, and guide buyers toward their perfect holiday home. It’s about creating memorable experiences, not just sales.
From generating leads and conducting park tours to supporting new owners after they move in, you’ll be with them every step of the way. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and staying resilient, this could be the right role for you.
On-park accommodation options are available. You will be required to work during peak times, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

What you will be doing
* Engage with potential buyers through walk-ins, referrals, and social media to identify people who’d love a holiday home.
* Follow up and respond quickly to every enquiry, turning interest into excitement and excitement into sales.
* Deliver the full experience by ensuring everything is ready for handover and providing post-sale support to buyers.
* Be the holiday home expert: show them around the park, answer questions, address concerns, and explain finance options.
* Review sales performance, identify what’s working, and aim to exceed targets.

What we’re looking for
Associate level role, full-time, in Sales and Business Development (Hospitality). You’ll be part of the team focused on delivering exceptional guest and owner experiences across our parks.
Locations and dates
Truro, St Ives, Indian Queens, Bodmin, Helston, Perranporth, Redruth, Truro (and other Cornwall locations) in the United Kingdom. Applications are ongoing with various posted dates.
