Your new role In this pivotal position, you will take ownership of driving operational performance across a busy, fast moving manufacturing environment. Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead on strategic planning, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and product quality. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organisation. What you'll need to succeed You will bring substantial experience in a senior operational, production, or manufacturing leadership role, gained within the food sector or another fast-paced FMCG environment.
