Job Description
We are looking for someone who can confidently support operational cleaning delivery and respond to on-the-day requests.
You will also maintain excellent relationships with colleagues, clients, and on-site representatives while ensuring all procedures are followed consistently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver all aspects of cleaning operations within the assigned site portfolio.
2. Carry out periodic cleaning in line with client specifications and schedules to 100% completion.
3. Follow all client security procedures and site-specific policies at all times.
4. Maintain professional relationships with employer representatives and company personnel.
5. Ensure familiarity with opening, lockup, and air-lock procedures for all relevant contracts.
6. Conduct site familiarisation sessions for new employees, including cleaning regimes and waste procedures.
7. Maintain tidy, well-organised storerooms with correctly stored stock.
8. Monitor material and consumable levels, reporting shortages to the relevant manager.
