Rotational Physiotherapist

Working Pattern
37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday plus weekend working and on‑call requirements.
Job Responsibilities
As a key member of the physiotherapy department, you will provide clinical services across several rotations:
* Musculoskeletal out‑patient team – rotations at North Devon Hospital Site and Bideford Community Hospital. You will work in the physiotherapy OP gym and hydrotherapy pool.
* Inpatient team – rotations within medical, surgical, and ICU specialities. You will participate in a competency programme and clinical simulation sessions.
* Neuro rehab team – rotations in inpatient, community (ESD) and OP settings, providing evidence‑based neuro rehab to patients after stroke or other neurological diagnoses.
* Community team – rotations within Barnstaple and Ilfracombe communities, addressing holistic needs in the patient’s home environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must:
* Be able to drive.
* Have NHS at‑risk or priority status preference.
* Undergo the Disclosure and Barring Service check required for the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
