The Housing Apprentice will support the Private Sector Housing Team primarily within Wychavon and Malvern Hills Districts, as well as the wider Housing Team, including the Housing Options and Strategy Teams.
This apprenticeship includes studying towards a Level 4 Regulatory Compliance Officer qualification.
The post holder will be expected to:
* Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, mail, and electronically.
* Progress cases from application to final outcomes, collecting additional information as needed from various sources.
* Maintain accurate records of customer contacts and outcomes, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
* Support colleagues with administrative tasks, updating case notes and creating case files.
* Assist in producing information for the public, such as leaflets, website content, and social media posts.
* As training progresses, undertake risk assessments, investigations, report writing, and enforcement actions.
* Undertake site visits; a full driving license and use of a car are essential, with ability to travel throughout Wychavon and Malvern Hills districts.
