Residential Conveyancer Bridgend (Hybrid Working Available)
TSR Legal are working with a long-established and highly respected South Wales law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and supportive Bridgend office. The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Re-mortgages and transfer of equity matters
New build and shared ownership transactions (desirable but not essential)
Direct client contact, as well as liaison with lenders, agents, and third parties
Ensuring transactions progress efficiently with a strong focus on communication and service
Working alongside experienced support staff to help manage workflow effectively
This is a hands-on role with autonomy over your own caseload, while benefiting from strong internal support and well-established processes.

About You
The successful candidate will:
Be a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
Have solid experience running a residential conveyancing caseload independently
Be confident handling files from instruction through to completion
Have excellent communication and client care skills
Be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy but well-structured environment
