About the Role:
We are currently looking for reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to work day shifts for a leading general haulage, distribution & logistics company. You will be responsible for multi-drop deliveries or trunk runs, depending on the route.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving a Class 2 (rigid) vehicle
Completing timely and safe deliveries
Ensuring accurate paperwork and delivery records
Performing daily vehicle checks
Maintaining a professional and courteous manner at all times
Requirements:
Valid UK Class 2 (C) licence
Driver CPC and Digital Tacho Card
Minimum 6 months of Class 2 experience preferred
Good knowledge of local and national roads
Excellent timekeeping and customer service skills
