Join us at Ragdale Hall Spa as a Service Room Attendant and play an essential role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that our guests expect. You'll work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that our facilities are always pristine, welcoming, and ready for our guests to enjoy.
Main Duties: (Full Training Provided)
* Assist in all aspects of housekeeping to ensure the service rooms are kept to the highest standards.
* Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring luxury items are placed in the correct rooms and addressing any additional needs or requirements.
* Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our service rooms is kept at the highest standard.
* Ensure the rooms are maintained to support with the smooth running of the breakfast service.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
* A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
* Flexibility and adaptability, as you'll be supporting a range of tasks within the department.
* Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
* A friendly and approachable manner, with a focus on delivering excellent guest service.
Hours of Work:
* 10 hours per week - worked on a rota basis between the hours of 09.30am-3pm.
Salary
* Up to Age 20 £10.05 per hour
* Age 21+ £12.26 per hour
