What you'll be doing:
As a full-time Lifeguard / Leisure & Wellness Attendant, working 40 hours per week with early, evening, and weekend shifts, you'll support day-to-day operations across wellness and leisure spaces. Key responsibilities include:
Supervising spa, pool, sauna, ice baths, gym, and wellness areas
Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and guest-ready standards across all zones
Performing lifeguard and emergency first aid duties
Supporting wellness activities, event setups and guest experiences
Liaising with Housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth operations
Representing the retreat as a guest-facing brand ambassador
What we're looking for:
We're seeking a wellness-minded professional in who is ready to deliver five-star service with energy and care. You'll bring:
A proactive, safety-first approach with excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and outdoors
A team player mindset with strong attention to detail
Confidence when engaging with guests and colleagues
Required (or willingness to obtain):
National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
Full UK Driving Licence
First Aid Certification
Pool Plant Operator knowledge
COSHH, Manual Handling and Fire Safety awareness
