Overview
The PM CoE has moved on from being an engagement support centre of just 50 people to now identifying as a Centre of Excellence with circa. 300 professionals. The department is fast-paced and varied, encompassing junior associate grades through to senior project and operational management and directors. All members work together with Audit & Assurance practitioners to deliver high-quality outputs on client and internal engagements. The team uses experience and knowledge to undertake the service offering to a high standard, removing some administrative burden from the wider A&A team.
The department offers a clear career pathway, enabling professional and driven individuals to progress from associate to assistant project manager in four years, including formal Prince II practitioner accreditation.
