Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobility needs, while also providing emotional support to promote mental and emotional wellbeing.
You'll assist in maintaining daily routines and meaningful activities, always encouraging independence and dignity.
Working closely with healthcare professionals, families, and your team, you'll help ensure residents receive consistent, person-centred care.
Accurate record-keeping and contribution to care planning will be an important part of your role.
