Phlebotomy Competency and Lead Experience, overseeing Healthcare Support Workers and approving timesheets. Ensuring excellence in care delivery, meeting governance targets, and providing seamless services is paramount. Acting as the first point of operational escalation, responsibilities include reviewing health metrics and managing scheduling. An online portal facilitates proactive diary management by allowing availability uploads.
Requirements
* NMC Registration
* Right to work in the UK
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with Band 6 or above qualification.
* Phlebotomy competency is compulsory.
* Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
