Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator you'll be a fundamental part of the commercial function within the on trade commercial team. The Marketing Coordinator role supports the Commercial Manager & Commercial Exec across key tasks to help deliver strategic outcomes, project plans and additional commercial benefit. The role works closely with the Commercial Exec to ensure Value for Venues, Digital and Telesales activity are set up, delivered OTIF, and tracked proficiently. The candidate will assist in gathering, tracking and providing insight on product & promotional performance, market and competitor data, and tasks like range reviews, Crisps & snacks & the Value Hub. The role will also provide support across wider administration responsibilities such as collating product requests, POS delivery reports, invoicing & tracking of ongoing projects. The role may be based at Abbot House, Dunbar, or Sunrise House and is offered on a hybrid basis (three days on-site, two days remote).

Qualifications
Your role as a Commercial Marketing Coordinator
* Support the Commercial team in delivering the annual promotion calendar for suppliers across all platforms (brochure, digital, WhatsApp & telesales).
* Collate & track promotional activities ensuring alignment of submissions and artwork with strategy, category focus, and products listed.
* Coordinate with Digital, Telesales, Sales & Internal teams to ensure promotions are on track to be loaded correctly and run OTIF.
* Report on promotional & project performance with summaries at the end of promotion periods to demonstrate ROI and establish best practice.
* Assist with bi-monthly invoicing & promotional credit forms to ensure alignment with internal figures and budgets.
