Understand how physical, intellectual, emotional, and social factors impact a pupils learning, and adapt your approach accordingly. Make the most of ICT for interactive learning and efficient administrative tasks. Inspire, encourage, and support students:challenge them to exceed expectations while boosting their self:esteem and confidence. Assist in marking students work, tracking their progress, and celebrating their achievements. Help students appreciate and value their learning experiences. Stay current on all school policies, including safeguarding, child protection, and health and safety.
