Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Project Manager (Corporate title: Senior Associate) based out of our Manchester office.
About the Team:
Our Project Managers look after a diverse portfolio of projects delivering complex internal change or the successful delivery of sophisticated learning programs and solutions across the world for clients and learners
How You’ll Make an Impact:
1. Lead and be accountable for successful project delivery, ensuring client and learner service excellence
2. Own day-to-day project operations, instilling urgency and drive across impacted teams and change initiatives
3. Manage internal and external stakeholders, providing clear, timely updates on progress
4. Track milestones, proactively identify and manage risks, and implement mitigation plans
5. Participate in client governance for delivery; engage senior client stakeholders to build confidence in outcomes
6. Develop and own project plans and delivery documentation, aligned to the PMO reporting framework
7. Source and onboard resources as needed to meet project requirements
8. Challenge assumptions and propose alternative approaches to achieve optimal results
9. Validate solution deliverables against client requirements using technical and client documentation
10. Ensure appropriate quality control processes are in place for all deliverables, proportionate to risk
11. Meet financial objectives by forecasting, budgeting, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
12. Ensure PMO standards are adhered to; keep project documents and controls complete, current, and properly stored
13. Produce concise summary reports for steering groups, stakeholders, and clients.
