What You’ll Do
Company Secretarial Support
- Prepare and file Confirmation Statements
- Submit Financial Statements to Companies House
- Process director changes
- Manage registered office and company name changes
- Prepare dividend documentation
Client & Internal Administration
- Set up new clients and onboarding paperwork
- Maintain accurate client records
- Liaise with clients to gather outstanding information
- Produce management reports and statistics
- Support general administrative tasks across the team
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Strong organisation and time‑management
- Clear, confident communication
- Previous Administration experience
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Positive, proactive attitude
- GCSE qualifications
