Sessional Worker – Children, Schools & Families Bedford (community-based) 37 hours per week | Initial 3-month contract £18.88 per hour (Umbrella) | £14.86 per hour (PAYE) About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Sessional Worker to join the Children, Schools & Families Directorate, supporting young people and families across the community. This is a hands-on, community-based role where you will work directly with children, young people, and their families—supporting them to achieve positive outcomes and reduce risk. Appointments typically last 3–4 hours between 08:00 and 20:00, with an additional 30 minutes paid per session for report writing.
