Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidates will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe production of food products, adhering to strict food safety standards and operational procedures. Duties
* Follow HACCP protocols and food safety regulations at all times during production processes
* Packaging finished products according to specification
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the production area to comply with health standards
* Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
* Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
* Adhering to all food safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents immediately
What we're looking for:
* Experience in food production or manufacturing environments is a plus, but not essential
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Reliability and a strong work ethic
* Basic understanding of food hygiene practices and safety standards
* Flexibility to work shifts if required
